While the role is primarily UK-focused, it may also include supporting our international offices on an ad hoc basis.,
* Reward Expertise:
+ Act as the go-to resource for reward policy. + Provide advice and guidance to HR colleagues and the firm, establishing yourself as a 'centre of expertise'.
* Annual Review Management:
+ Lead the operational delivery of the annual salary and bonus review process. + Collaborate across HR and Finance teams to ensure flawless execution.
* Market Benchmarking Analysis:
+ Conduct and manage external market benchmarking processes. + Offer insight and guidance on pay levels in partnership with the Recruitment team.
* Pay Gap Reporting:
+ Lead the annual pay gap reporting in collaboration with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team. + Frame findings within the firm's diversity strategy.
* Benefit Management and Innovation:
+ Oversee and continuously improve the portfolio of the firm's benefits. + Stay responsive to employee needs and market trends, driving the renewal process and vendor partnerships.
* Reward Enhancement:
