Oakleaf Partnership are working closely with a boutique financial services firm to assist them in their search for a permanent HR Generalist to join their London-based team. Please note this role is based in the office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Head of HR on ER cases
2. Assist with reward and performance management process documents
3. Support with writing internal communications & engagement documents
4. Develop an intranet to relay key information
5. Provide confidential support on all employee issues
6. Management engagement processes
Experience Required:
1. Experience of working in a generalist HR role covering all aspects above
2. Come from a fast-paced working environment
3. Experience of operating in a cohesive team
4. Extremely organised
5. Great attention to detail
6. Experience working on ER cases, whether this be managing or supporting
7. Strong communication skills - both verbal & written
