Our client based near to St. Ives is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, with an earlier finish on a Friday! This is a great opportunity to join an established local business who offer training and career progression.
Responsibilities
As an Internal Sales Executive you will be responsible day to day for a varied workload including:
1. Dealing with customer queries relating to products and services.
2. Make regular calls to new and existing clients to maintain relationships and follow up leads/call plans for new business.
3. Obtain orders and maximise sales opportunities.
4. Working to monthly sales targets.
5. Update internal systems, keeping accurate client records.
6. Assist with trade shows and site visits as required.
7. Develop product knowledge.
Skills Required
To be considered for the role of Internal Sales Executive, you will have:
1. Strong outbound telephone sales and customer service skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Superb attention to detail.
4. Confident, with the ability to converse at all levels.
5. Own transport is required due to location.
