Job Title: Conveyancing Training Manager

About the Role:
We are working with an innovative and award-winning conveyancing firm to assist them in finding a Conveyancing Training Manager to join their dynamic team.
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to develop and deliver a comprehensive training programme to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of employees, primarily within the Conveyancing and operational administrative teams. The firm fosters a high-performing culture while maintaining a fun and collaborative work environment, making it an excellent opportunity for a motivated trainer with expertise in conveyancing to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions as part of the Induction Programme for new employees.
* Act as a mentor and coach to new starters until they are competent to transition into their teams.
* Identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted training to improve overall performance and compliance with company KPIs.
* Act as a subject matter expert in conveyancing, offering technical guidance and answering employee queries.
* Oversee CPD training and professional qualification programmes, providing mentoring and support where required.
* Ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in conveyancing and/or property law, with a strong understanding of the legal and technical aspects of transactional conveyancing.
* Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, or facilitator within a professional setting.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
* Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance within a high-volume conveyancing practice.
* Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple training initiatives.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
