My Client, a theme restaurant in central Worcester, is looking to recruit a Permanent Junior Sous Chef
They require a suitably experienced CDP looking to make the next step in a highly regarded venue
The main responsibilities of the job includes
- Assist senior Chefs in managing kitchen operations
- Support with training, and development of Line chefs
- Support with food preparation and presentation
- Work closely with front-of-house teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Address operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly
The salary on offer is up to £30,00 plus bonus plus tips
