Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established Country Pub Group on the hunt for an exceptional Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. The Pubs within this collection are situated in the heart of the New Forest.
In this role, you will:
* Assist Daily Operations: Take charge of kitchen activities in Head Chef's absence, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of preparation and cooking.
* Team Training and Delegation: Inspire and help train the team, delegating tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
* Supervise Food Service: Assist the Head Chef in leading your team throughout the day.
* Promote Teamwork and Hospitality: Cultivate a positive team spirit, encouraging collaboration and a welcoming atmosphere among the team.
