We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to assist the Senior Kitchen team in managing the brigade and running the day-to-day kitchen to continue delivering our impeccable standards.
OTE Salary - circa £47,000

Lisa Goodwin Allen is looking for a Sous Chef to assist in the day-to-day running of a Michelin star kitchen.
As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with Lisa to help develop dishes, create menus, and manage a team of professional and ambitious chefs to maintain exceptional standards and push for further succession and growth of the business. This position comes with fantastic progression opportunities and would suit a current professional Sous Chef looking to work their way up!
