Our clients operate this recently refurbished Gastro pub in this quaint village outside of Huddersfield & are looking to recruit an innovative, creative, and passionate Head Chef to oversee the team of talented chefs in this very well looked after kitchen
Serving a casual fine dining menu in a relaxed setting, you will be responsible for creating exciting new menus on a regular basis, using seasonal and local produce
The Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* Be working as a head chef, or senior sous chef in a similar fresh food eld kitchen, be it hotel, restaurant or gastro pub
* Be able to demonstrate drive and creative flair.
* Experience in menu development & costings.
* A good understanding of P&L accounts, stocks, compliance and KPI’s
* Self-driven and proven leadership skills
* Experience in developing and training staff.
