Your new company and role
Hays' client is looking for an experienced service desk analyst to assist them on an initial 3-month contract. This role will be office-based and 37 hours per week (either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm).
This role will consist of the following:
* Answering 1st line technical emergency telephone calls
* Logging on ServiceNow ITSM system appropriately
* Administration duties including Active Directory, Azure, 365, MFA resets, clinical password resets and unlocks.
* Technical support for issues with Hardware and Software packages.
* Remote support via SCCM tool
What you'll need to succeed
* You must have at least two years' experience in a busy service desk environment providing technical customer support to various levels of users.
* You will have good customer service skills and work ethics; have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
* You will have a minimum of HNC/HND in a computer-related subject.
* You will be required to cover procurement duties when necessary.
