The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving complaints from tenants and landlords, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle and resolve complaints from tenants and landlords in a timely and professional manner. Investigate and identify the root cause of complaints and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of all complaints and resolutions. Liaise with other departments to ensure complaints are resolved efficiently. Provide regular updates to complainants on the status of their complaints. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Identify trends and areas for improvement in the complaints handling process.
