The suitable candidate must have a proven track record doing a similar role as a Sales Executive of high end luxury lodges, static caravans or similar. The stunning park is part of a high quality holiday park group with a range of luxury lodges & holiday homes with 5-star facilities with both ownership & fleet. Set in a beautiful countryside locations with easy access to the stunning areas of natural beauty, the parks have busy restaurants selling fresh locally sourced produce & busy bar operations, some spa facilities, children's play areas and with miles of stunning countryside with easy access to well-known country walks, popular tourist attractions, areas of natural beauty, rivers and caves. The parks have a good mix of high-quality luxury holiday homes and lodges plus a growing number of high value privately-owned luxury lodges with jacuzzi hot tubs. As the parks are both a holiday parks alongside holiday home ownership there will be regular repeat business and so the highest standards of guest service are paramount. The park is owned by a highly successful well-respected company with a stunning portfolio of holiday and lodge parks, each set in stunning locations with a focus on quality and an amazing 5-star guest experience. The caravans & lodges are luxurious & of the highest standard with some hire fleet & the Sales Executive role is crucial for growing & driving lodge/holiday home/static caravan ownership sales activity, maximising opportunities as part of a team of 2 Sales Executives, reporting to a Sales Manager & working closely with the park General Manager & Ownership Experience Manager. Requirements: Strong dynamic results-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role with luxury lodges, static caravans, holiday home ownership sales etc Ideally a track record of selling prices in excess of £150,000 Aptitude for achieving sales targets within the holiday home/lodge/static caravan market The ability to drive sales within a multi-faceted, high quality holiday park operation Warm & friendly Proactive - following up any sales leads & generate local marketing opportunities Approachable - Positive & enthusiastic with a warm & friendly personality Organised driven - ensuring that you are achieving all sales targets set Professional & a strong ambassador for the company - providing excellent customer service at all times, responding to any queries The ability to provide a warm welcome to caravan/holiday lodge owners & potential owners – building relationships with existing owners A strong team player - developing strong working relationships with the team, General Manager, Sales Manager & Ownership Experience Manager of the park A strong understanding of the caravan/lodge holiday park sales or similar lifestyle operation sales with the ability to adapt this to holiday park sales A strong communicator, great host & personality with the ability to build a rapport & trust with owners - Well-presented & professional with strong interpersonal skills The ability to adopt technology – well versed in Microsoft ( Excel etc) & able to adopt other systems The desire to work for a successful company with strong values who look after their employees & provide a high quality fun place to work along with a great package Driving licence - may be asked to travel to other parks Salary Package: The starting salary is an OTE of up to £65,000 with a basic of up to £30,000 and a fantastic bonus potential of up to £35,000 based on very achievable sales targets, personal target/KPIs, along with other great benefits, pension & holiday package.
