C&N Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Banqueting Sous Chef to join a fantastic kitchen team in their conference and banqueting function at a 4* Hotel.
You will be responsible for daily operations of the kitchen and food production and ensure the quality of the food is being maintained. You will also assist the Head Chef with making sure all policies and procedures are followed.
The Role:
* To support the Head Chef with high quality food for the busy conference and banqueting function of the hotel.
* Meet with potential guests and visitors to the hotel to discuss menus.
* Oversee the work of the banquet kitchen.
* Ability to complete tasks efficiently.
* Team player
* Ability to delegate tasks – effectively communicate with all team members.

* Responsible for ordering
