Responsibilities in your new role as Sous Chef
As Sous Chef, you will be a key member of the kitchen, assisting and stepping in for the Head Chef during their absence. Your leadership will guide the junior team as you develop and train them to reach new heights. You will ensure that the kitchen consistently operates at a premium level of excellence, whilst overseeing stock control and maintaining industry regulation standards
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We’re looking for someone with previous AA-rosette or luxury venue experience, who thrives under pressure and is committed to delivering high-quality results. Your ability to manage volume without compromising on product excellence will be key to your success in this role. Due to the location, having your own transport will be beneficial.
