There is a large well-equipped kitchen, and the talented brigade prepare modern British cuisine utilising all the seasonal and local produce. They have a small kitchen garden and work closely with a local estate to ensure the finest fresh produce is available to them.

The role will involve assisting the Head Chef with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, writing menus, costing, training and motivating the junior chefs and full control in the Head Chefs absence.
Previous experience within a fresh food kitchen will be essential, along with your own transport due to the rural location of the restaurant.
