Territory Sales Executive - Industrial Adhesives and Tapes

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Total planned income, inclusive of OTE + Company Car
My client is a global manufacturing company and they are now looking for a Territory Sales Executive in the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes product portfolio.
Your Responsibilities in the Role
1. Promote, introduce, and sell the designated range of IATD products to end users with demonstrations to show key features and benefits of the product range, in order to achieve sales targets in line with IATD operating plan.
2. Continue to build knowledge of the product range, including competitors' products and key accounts on territory.
3. Report any significant changes which could affect the future business.
4. Identify and gain a clear understanding of nominated key accounts, including managing relationships with key contacts and new business generation.
5. Build relationships and manage distributors, key accounts, end users, contractors, and Engineering Consultants with combined sales of circa £2 million.
6. Update CRM system with sales visits, sales opportunities, and activities within accounts & Territory.
7. Train distributor internal & external sales people.
8. Continuously learn & improve skills relative to the market, products, applications, selling, and administrative skills.
Skills and Experience
1. Proven Adhesives or Tapes sales experience or a background in an Industrial Sales role with a proven track record of success in winning and retaining business.
2. Experience of managing a sales territory with multiple product lines.
3. Proficient in using CRM systems to manage sales territory.
4. IT literate and competent with the Microsoft Office package.
5. Degree qualification or equivalent preferred but not essential.
