About the Role:
As an Internal Sales Executive at Hobart UK Service, you'll play a key role in driving our team efforts to expand our reach, sell contracts, and market chemicals to a burgeoning client base. This pivotal, full-time role combines sharp sales acumen with exceptional client service, driving our business growth to new heights.
Salary: Basic salary up to £25k plus quarterly commission for achievement against target OTE approx' £35-37k pa.
What You'll Do:
Your role centres on driving growth and securing a competitive advantage for the company. Your primary duties include:
* Exceeding monthly sales targets.
* Making outbound calls to win new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
* Leading negotiations from pricing to contract finalisation.
* Identifying and leveraging sales opportunities from detailed data analyses.
* Staying current with industry trends.
* Collaborating with your team to uphold best practices and compliance.

As the ideal candidate, you are a proven telesales expert with a strong drive and a history of success. You excel under pressure, view challenges as opportunities, and possess excellent communication skills that help you build and maintain robust relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and skilled at adapting to new database systems, your capability to efficiently manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously makes you a perfect fit for this dynamic position.
Position Responsibilities
* Deliver specific monthly sales targets (Monetary value and unit base).
* Make outbound calls to win new business, whilst working to KPIs.
* Price contracts, liaise with clients, and follow through enquiries through to completion.
* Deal with inbound queries from new and existing clients.
* Complete outbound calls to follow up on quotes, confirm prices and convert opportunities to sales.
* General administration to ensure all contracts are correct.
* Identify sales opportunities from raw data.
* Contribute to developing sales materials and marketing campaigns.
* Remain up to date with initiatives within our market and what our competition are offering.
* Collaborate with the internal process to ensure best practice and legal compliance is achieved and continuously improved.
* Conduct yourself in a safe manner and support the company Enterprise Strategy to achieve our target of zero medical treated and lost time accidents.
* Carry out all activities in accordance with all company policies and procedures as set out in the Company Handbook.
Key Skills and Attributes
* Experience in a similar role with a proven record in telesales.
* Highly motivated, resilient and results driven.
* Strong work ethic, comfortable working against clear Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and activity targets.
* Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite essential, including Excel; experience using databases is advantageous.
* Ability to prioritise work and multitask.
