The role of Lead Data Engineer - Microsoft Fabric
As an experienced Data Engineer you will implement data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, this will include developing and managing data pipelines, data analysis and data visualization.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. You will provide expertise and guidance on best practices and additionally, you will engage in pre-sales activities and present technical solutions to our clients.
Travel and Hybrid Working

We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected dependent on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks so you know well in advance where you will be working.
About You (The Essentials)
* Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Cloud.
* Proficiency in data engineering, data analysis and data visualization (e.g., Power BI)
* Strong understanding of architecting enterprise-scale solutions.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
* Provide engineering leadership for a team of engineers.
* Be able to guide and manage project teams.
* Full drivers licence and access to vehicle.
* Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve.
* Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues.
* Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
