A fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst to join our Peterborough based real estate client on an initial 12 month fixed term contract basis.
As a Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing 1st line support to users within a Windows Environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 10, MS Office, Active Directory, Citrix, ServiceNow and come from a busy Helpdesk environment.
