Gaucho Restaurants are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the amazing People Team This is a London based role. As Recruitment Manager, you will be able to seek out the best talent for both Front of House and Back of House management positions who will embrace our values and our culture. You will be experienced in working closely with Operations teams to understand their visions and support the pipelines for success both externally and internally. You will apply our values to every candidate and be driven by giving 100% hospitality through their journey from interview to onboarding. SUCCESS PASSION IMPACT INTEGRITY COMMUNITY EMPATHY HOSPITALITY The successful candidate: • 5 Years Hospitality recruitment experience • Experience with ATS system management • A passion for candidate experience • London based • Premium Hospitality experience • New restaurant openings experience Tasks and Responsibilities: Full responsibility for management hiring for both Front of House and Back of House Manage the ATS System to its full potential Ensure candidates are experiencing 100% Hospitality at every interview stage Embrace our values and apply them to the recruitment process Be flexible with business needs of hiring and have a proactive approach to recruitment Take accountability for management turnover of new hires and performance against company targets To have strong relationships with the operations teams and regular interaction to ensure the right positions are being prioritised to the business needs To have excellent communication skills with relevant departments on hiring and interview scheduling To ensure candidates are fully prepared before any interview and are fully briefed on the expectations during each stage Manage recruitment spend in line with budgets that have been set for recruitment and candidate engagement To be tenacious in finding the right talent for the business with all available options explored To provide reporting on hiring quality and candidate experience feedback To have strong relationships with suppliers to ensure we are maximising our opportunities to find the best talent To work closely with the L&D Team to ensure onboarding process for any candidate is in line with our expectations Seek feedback from candidates to find ways we can improve candidate experience Have a long-term vision of building successful teams through hiring aligned to our values To support management teams with team hiring in key business periods To plan with recruitment and reduce reactive measures needed To build a recruitment strategy with Head of People and base targets from the strategy
