About the opportunity: Being a part of the Everton New Stadium Sales Team means you will drive ambitious sales targets across ALL matchday experiences delivered within our portfolio of innovative Bars and Restaurants, ahead of opening in Summer 2025.
Using your passion for sales and proven track record of success you will be responsible for the lead generation, proactive Club promotion and conversion of sales to B2B and B2C prospects. Not only will you get to be a part of something special, but you will also play a fundamental role in continuing the success enjoyed so far on the sales journey to our new home.
Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a talented, commercially focussed sales professional who is not only hardworking, and results driven but can take our fans on a journey using digital technology, harnessing a data driven sales philosophy.
What‘s essential is demonstrable success in surpassing revenue goals within a highly sales focused organisation. You’ll have proven sales experience and be confident with strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced sales environment.
Other key experience we are looking for includes:
Proven track record in sales and exceeding individual targets
Ability to create, develop and manage a sales pipeline
Highly proficient with sales systems and a champion of digital systems, ideally Salesforce
High performer consistently achieving activity levels and KPIs
Experience of interpreting data to create sales plans
Excellent presentation-writing and presenting skills
Passionate for developing customer experiences both in person and through digital solutions
Experience within a fast-paced sales team environment in a large venue or sports business would be advantageous
