Up to £34,000 per annum - 45 hours a week.
Please note that own transport is required for this position due to location.
You will:
1. Run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
2. Daily ordering from suppliers, monthly stock takes.
3. Plan and test new dishes as part of our commitment to chef training.
4. Work alongside your Head Chef to manage the high standards of cleanliness by following daily cleaning procedures.
5. Understand HACCP from ordering, delivery checks, temperature recording, and general management duties required for such a position.
6. Manage our Check, it food recording through the portal (full training given).
7. Be aware of the allergens policy and kitchen management package.
