About The Role The Marketing & Sales Executive will lead our sales and marketing initiatives, helping us attract and win new clients while enhancing our agency’s reputation across key sectors. This role demands strategic thinking, a strong understanding of agency operations and the digital landscape, and a passion for luxury, fashion, and lifestyle industries. Key Responsibilities Marketing Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies to enhance Skywire's brand visibility and positioning. Craft compelling marketing collateral to highlight our expertise and success stories, including website content, email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and case studies. Leverage all digital marketing channels to generate inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Monitor and research our target industries, digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to understand client needs and optimise campaigns. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and report on key sales and marketing metrics, such as lead generation and conversion rates, to evaluate and optimise strategy effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to refine tactics and identify new opportunities for improvement. Sales & Business Development Identify and engage potential clients through channels like cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media. Lead sales meetings and presentations to showcase our capabilities and convert prospects customers. What We’re Looking For Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within a digital agency or a similar industry. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. A passion for luxury, fashion, and lifestyle brands. Solid understanding of creative branding, eCommerce, and digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and website development. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales/marketing platforms. A creative, forward-thinking mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in technical CMS and eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Magento. Project management expertise, particularly in digital/creative projects.
