We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive working for a business in Petersfield. This role is predominantly outbound calling and identifying opportunities for growth to generate your own sales. The right candidate will need to be target-driven with an excellent telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify growth opportunities within depots/sites for non-branded products and growing revenue for these categories.
* Promote and demonstrate the USP of the company, helping clients save time and money by using fewer suppliers.
* Follow up on your own deals/opportunities.
* Establish and maintain a good rapport with all customers, maximizing opportunities.
* Ensure that data is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date on the company CRM system.
* Confidently promote the company brand and products to clients.
* Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
* Ensure all customers are treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times, in response to any enquiry or service they may be requesting.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
* Proven history and success in a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent questioning and listening skills.
* Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic - have a persistent mindset, a mindset of "not giving up".
* Previous 'medium' call volume experience.
* Ability to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to managers.
* Impeccable organisational and time-keeping skills.
* Ability to work in a team and a self-motivated environment.
