Job Description
As the Senior Learning and Development Manager, you will be at the intersection of business strategy and people development. Reporting into the Head of L&D, you will be spearheading the L&D strategy to help our team members to reach their full potential.
You will be leading Third Bridge’s manager development program globally; working closely with senior leaders across departments to find tailored solutions that enhance learning and set up future and current managers for success in their careers at Third Bridge.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Ownership of the company-wide manager development learning strategy.
* Partnerships with senior leaders to understand the challenges and opportunities in building an internal manager succession pipeline.
* Designing, developing and delivering impactful learning solutions aligned with business goals.
* As a Senior Leader in the L&D team, you will be expected to share your knowledge and coach more junior members.
* Ensuring Third Bridge stays at the cutting edge of L&D solutions for manager development and continuously improve the programs.
* Leveraging e-learning to provide scalable learning programs.
* Building long term relationships with external vendors to deliver specific learning material to compliment internal programs.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent project management skills; understanding of lean and agile methodologies
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to prove the ROI of learning programs to stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
* Group coaching and facilitation skills for manager development in particular
* Subject matter expert at designing and delivering workshops for manager development in particular
* Solid understanding of Third Bridge’s business and interest in the world of investment research
* Ability to work in a multinational team and adapt to different working cultures
* Self aware and accountable for professional development
