Responsibilities:
* Oversee consistent food standards and quality in production and supply.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures.
* Prepare and cook food to meet guest needs while minimizing waste.
* Ensure food meets required standards by checking taste, presentation, and quality.
* Serve food promptly and efficiently during busy periods.
* Garnish dishes according to picture specifications before sending them out.
