Your New Role
To provide first-line support, managing issues reported by phone, email and self-service tickets, resolving, where possible, to relevant standards. Using relevant tools to raise, update and manage issues to resolution across the support team environment.
To Succeed You Will Need
* Experience supporting MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
* Experience resetting user passwords with both on-prem AD and Azure
* Experience using Intune admin centre
* Working to ITIL best practices
