About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Supervisor & Office Manager to lead our customer support teams in the UK and The Netherlands. You will be responsible for managing the customer service function, overseeing order processing, and supporting sales reps. Additionally, you will handle office management tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise customer support teams, ensuring high service standards
* Manage order entry, quotations, and customer inquiries
* Support local inventory planning and liaise with sales teams
* Oversee office safety, security, and vendor management
* Lead the implementation of European projects
About You:
You have at least 5 years of experience in customer service and office management, and 4 years of people management experience. Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and MS Office is essential, as is fluency in both English and Dutch. Knowledge of imports, customs, and the ability to build strong relationships is also key.
This role may require occasional travel between the UK and The Netherlands.
