CCP have been engaged by a brilliant new client in Bournemouth who are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Manager to lead their 200FTE multi-brand contact centre operation, as a result of significant change and transformation.
Job Title: Contact Centre Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Performance Related (Annual)
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Logistics: Office-Based (Minimum 4-days-a-week)
Reports To: Director of Operations
This role requires a physical presence in the operation 4-5 days per week, and we're looking for a senior leader with a number of key skills:
1. People Leadership: Inspiring, coaching, and mentoring people, leading by example.
2. Change & Transformation: Continuously looking at ways to improve, re-engineering processes where needed, improving operational efficiencies, focusing on quality.
3. Hands-On: A positive, can-do attitude, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in when needed.
4. WFM & Resource Planning: Building a reporting strategy to deliver improvements in operational efficiency, and deliver more effective planning and forecasting.
5. Business Development: Constantly seeking opportunities for revenue generation to further enhance the P&L.
