Due to growth and key investment opportunities, our client is eager to appoint an individual to assist with speaking to new clients and creating a stream of interest for upcoming property deals.
These investments are for clients who do not need to fund through mortgages, bridging loans, or other options but are finance-rich themselves. The success in this role requires a person who can network, engage in strong business circles, find leads, follow up, and liaise with property developers who may have a black book of relevant contacts.
The right candidate will have strong networking and communication skills, an interest in property and development opportunities, and the ability to present to small groups of entrepreneurs. They should also be able to handle objections and sell greater investment opportunities. Managing a bank of leads and continuously seeking the right investment for the right client is essential.
This role would suit someone from a high-value sales industry, such as estate agency work or other financial sales. Professionalism, strong communication skills, organization, self-management, and a driven nature are a must for success.
