With comprehensive training and accreditation in the supported technologies, you'll play a key role in providing an excellent customer experience. Provide technical support via phone and a dedicated support portal. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to end-user devices and server environments. Monitor customer infrastructure environments. Document and track support requests in the ticketing system. Offer guidance and training to end users. Escalate unresolved issues to engineering teams or vendors. Follow established support policies and procedures.Participate in projects and company initiatives as required.
