The Job Role
* TheHead Chef will beleadinga brigade within a busy full service kitchen
* Provide exceptional food to diners at a high standard
* Manage the kitchen and take ownership of ordering, recruitment, rotas amongst other Head Chef duties.
Requirements
* A Head Chef with a strong background in a hotel or restaurant
* The ideal candidate will have experience within a good quality, preferably rosette awarded kitchen
* A calm approach to heading up the kitchen during busy service periods
* TheHead Chef will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
* The Head Chef will be interested in current food trends
