As Head Chef, your responsibilities will include: Creating menus aligned with the restaurant's ethos. Delivering high quality dishes using seasonal ingredients. Running/monitoring the restaurant pass. Mentoring and developing junior chefs to our high standard. Monitoring stock, ordering and payroll within set budgets. Full management responsibility of the kitchen equipment, team and culinary offering. Essential Criteria: The successful candidate will; Be a dynamic, innovative, and passionate modern day commercially focused leader. A standards driven self-starter and completer, who inspires the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Have strong commercial acumen; with previous experience of managing budgets, revenue forecasts, cost control and profit delivery. Have a minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience as Head/Sous Chef within a similar sized hotel environment. Have the ability to demonstrate strong people management and leadership capabilities.
