This key leadership role requires a HR leader who can partner with business executives, drive HR transformation, and ensure alignment with our global HR strategy. This team member will play a pivotal part in fostering a high-performance culture, driving talent management, and ensuring the development of processes that support our global workforce needs. Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead HR teams across Europe and Australia, ensuring alignment with business goals, corporate culture, and global HR strategy. Develop and implement region-specific HR plans that are consistent with global objectives while addressing regional challenges and opportunities. Partner with senior business leaders to drive HR strategies that support business objectives, talent growth, and organizational effectiveness. Manage directly the HRBP team and indirectly Talent Effectiveness, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition regional team members. Global HR Process Design: Collaborate with global HR leaders to design and implement HR processes and best practices that are scalable and adaptable across regions. Ensure consistency in HR policies and procedures across Europe, Australia, and global operations, while adhering to local labor laws and regulations. Lead the development of a unified talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and employee engagement approach across regions. Change Management & HR Transformation: Lead HR transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, employee experience, and HR service delivery across multiple regions. Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes and tools, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement. Ensure effective communication and adoption of global HR programs and initiatives across diverse cultures and geographies. Talent & Workforce Strategy: Oversee regional talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and career progression in partnership with global HR leaders. Ensure the effective deployment of talent across Europe, Australia, and the global business, in alignment with organizational goals. Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant local and international labor laws, policies, and regulations across Europe and Australia. Manage employee relations and act as a strategic partner to resolve complex HR issues and enhance employee satisfaction. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to local and global HR standards. Education and Experience: At least 10-15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with experience in Europe and Australia. Strong track record in leading HR operations and transformation in a global or multi-region environment. Extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR-related professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and partner at the senior executive level. Proven ability to lead change and manage complex HR initiatives in multiple regions. Deep understanding of global HR practices, employment laws, and cultural nuances across Europe, Australia, and other global markets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on results. Computer Skills: Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Additional experience with HR Systems (preferably Workday) and integrating HR data sources is required. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly and indirectly, supervises team members on the PG team and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Firm’s policies and applicable laws.
