Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building with clients.
This role requires a strong understanding of sales and the ability to develop business opportunities within the market. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing our brand presence.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inside sales techniques, including telemarketing and networking.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new prospects.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
5. Manage sales activities, track leads, and report on performance metrics.
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in sales preferred.
2. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
4. Familiarity with inside sales methodologies and telemarketing practices.
5. Demonstrated ability in business development with a focus on achieving measurable results.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
