We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our catering department as part of an energetic and diverse team. The main responsibility in this role is to support the Head Chef & Head of Catering in delivering a first-class food offer and service to all customers from the school’s catering department, to support the Head of Catering in leading the production and service team on a day-to-day basis; and to support the development of the food production skills of the kitchen brigade.
