B2C Sales Executive Package:? £28k basic salary plus commission Location: Knutsford, Cheshire Hybrid Working: Once fully trained and signed off, the B2C Sales Executive will have the flexibility to work from the office for at least 2 days per week, with the option to work from home for the remaining days, providing their performance remains satisfactory. Alternatively, if the B2C Sales Executive prefers to work predominantly from the Knutsford office, that arrangement is also completely acceptable. Company: A specialised company in Direct Cremation funeral plans and services is seeking to expand its sales team to support future growth. Since 2015, the company has experienced rapid growth and is now looking to recruit B2C Sales Executives for the new office based in Knutsford. Our client is one of the UK's leading independent providers of direct cremations, they have extensive experience in funeral service and over 7 years' experience with direct cremations. Responsibilities: The B2C Sales Executive is responsible for selling cremation funeral plans directly to individual consumers over the phone. The main responsibilities of the role: To make outbound calls to prospective customers who have enquired through various marketing channels about direct cremation plans, with the objective of answering any queries regarding plans and optimising sales conversion rates. Calls to be made in line with the Company's process and FCA regulations. To act as a Brand Ambassador for the Company, ensuring that all activity undertaken presents the company in a positive way and delivers an exemplary level of customer service. All warms leads are provided, NO COLD CALLING. Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of outbound telephone sales experience preferred. Proven success in a target-driven environment. Experience interacting with potentially vulnerable customers. Demonstrated excellence in delivering customer service. Ability to work in line with detailed procedures. Skilled in problem-solving and identifying process improvements. B2C experience ideal but not essential Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal communication including active listening skills. Able to demonstrate empathy, sensitivity, kindness, and patience. Highly comfortable working in a fast-paced, targeted environment. Resilient with a real desire for success and helping others. Can-do attitude, self-motivated. High level of attention to detail and accuracy Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday three weeks out of four with one in four weeks working a late shift (12:00-20:00). You will also participate on the pre-need weekend rota, which will include working a Saturday (09:00 - 17:00) one week in every three weeks in return for a day of in-lieu, the following week.
