The role of Customer Administrator is a strategic position for the organisation, with an emphasis on working closely with the sales team. You will be responsible for order processing, advising on products, data input, and continual updates of the CRM system. You also will be responsible for processing of customer payments and the ability to make/receive calls. The right person for this role will be a customer service administration professional with experience of interacting with customers. You will have a good Excel skill set (demonstrable on your CV) and be someone who is comfortable working with accuracy. You will be a proactive individual who has immaculate communication skills and be able to work effectively. The package for this role includes a salary of £12.00 - £12.50 per hour (flexible depending on the right person) and an attractive benefits package, which can be discussed upon first conversation with Honeycomb. This role is based fully on-site in Lisburn and also offers a working week of Monday- Friday.
