Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of the Asset Catalog project in collaboration with the Infrastructure Data Engineering team
* Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Tableau dashboards to support data-driven decision making
* Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable visualizations and insights
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored analytical solutions
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner
* Continuously optimize and enhance existing dashboards and reports
* Support data engineering initiatives as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
* 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
* Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and advanced visualizations
* Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and manipulate large datasets
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into technical requirements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
