TITLE: Sous Chef - Independent, 1 rosette fine dining restaurant and gastro pub - £40,000 PA + Tips £7,000

THE POSITION:
As Sous Chef, you will be working directly under the Head Chef owner of the Restaurant. This will entail working on any desired section and producing high quality fresh food. You will be assisting in the management of a small team and being sure that the kitchen runs smoothly in the absence of the Head Chef.
Producing Rosette standard food
Working with the Owner and Head Chef to create new menus
Generally not working more than 50 hours per week.
