This pivotal role provides strategic HR leadership and organisational development to drive a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and the Board, the successful candidate will lead the HR and Learning & Development functions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and embedding the company's values of care, compassion, dignity, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR leadership, advising the Board, Executive Team, and senior managers on all people-related matters.
Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and organisational change.
Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), embedding these principles across the organisation.
Lead organisational development initiatives, including change management and talent development.
Develop recruitment and retention strategies to attract and sustain a skilled workforce.
Ensure governance compliance, advising on workforce-related matters and producing reports for the Board and relevant committees.
Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to support career growth and succession planning.
