Key areas of responsibilities: - Sells assigned portfolio of DMS & AVW within UK&I, negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. - Achieving established revenue growth expectations within assigned territory, and achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling out target in his/her area. - Develops and executes territory business plans driving product usage, brand recommendation (MOR, Most Often Recommended), to meet and exceed direct sales targets. - Partners with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage. Understands and selects the right promotional tactics to optimize sales, responsible for maximizing promotions. - Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual business review with in his/her respected area. - Focus on optimized product mix (push sales/volume). - Ensure orders are collected and Turnover targets are reached. - Commercially co-responsible for developing business partnership with customers, focusing on developing consultative sales partnerships with the customers. - Sell according to prices agreed by account management, and in accordance with commercial policy. - Limited negotiation for mixed and decentralized accounts. - Ensures queries are solved effectively balancing service and cost. - Monitor customer stock situation, effectively manage "out of stock" situations, and monitors customer overdues. - (if no Merch for this account): Ensure Philips has right m2 space & presence. You're the right fit if you have: - Several years of professional experience in sales or application of medical systems & solutions, services (healthcare), ideally in the field of Urology or Radiology - Experience in a clinical/medical environment in urology and/or radiology, in the medical capital goods sector, or Healthcare IT - Very good knowledge of healthcare processes, and workflow inside clinical departments - Ideally good IT knowledge, especially in the area of Healthcare Informatics - Ideally good knowledge of reimbursement structures in healthcare in UKI SKILLS - Convincing, reliable demeanor and high Sales and IT affinity - Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills - High self-initiative - Reliable task completion and determination - Ability to understand, solve problems independently, and escalate to the appropriate levels - High commitment, willingness to travel most days of the week - Motivated to work independently and able to organize yourself efficiently - European driving license - Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and skills in handling all new IT and communication tools EDUCATION - Technical, Business (B.Sc., M.SC.) or medical degree (e.g. Biomedical, Radiographer) How we work together Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
