Our client is a private members club in Poole that caterers for members ranging from the junior to senior sections, and prides itself in providing excellent food using fresh ingredients. This is a great opportunity to work within a fantastic Chef team.
What’s involved?
As a Sous Chef, you will be involved in the day to day running of the kitchen, offering support to the Head Chef. The Club is open 7 days a week on a split shift basis. You will only be required to work 5 days out of 7 and there are changes to the rotas depending on it being Summer or Winter.
