About the Role: We are seeking a Reward Manager to join our vibrant HR team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role will play a key part in supporting the region with the delivery of Group Reward programs while driving the local implementation of the UK&I Reward strategy in alignment with Group guidelines. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders, ensuring timelines are met and proactively addressing challenges when they arise. This role also requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse, remote teams, as well as the ability to research best practices and maintain network relationships both within the organiaation and externally. Main Responsibilities: As the FTC Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Reward programs across the UK&I region, ensuring alignment with global principles while addressing local needs. This role requires a strong financial mindset and expertise in structured salary review processes to design and execute reward initiatives, including sales incentives, retention plans, and top talent strategies. Leveraging your knowledge of frameworks such as HAY, Korn Ferry, Mercer, or Towers Watson, you will evaluate market trends and benchmarks to develop a competitive and equitable UK&I rewards strategy. You will act as the go-to expert for Reward-related matters, providing strategic consultation to stakeholders and contributing to the digital transformation of reward systems, including tools like SuccessFactors. Additionally, you will lead the implementation and enhancement of benefits programs such as medical coverage, pensions, and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring these offerings remain competitive and aligned with organizational objectives. A key focus will be on managing structured salary review processes, ensuring they are conducted with precision and transparency. You will oversee job evaluations for new and revised roles, using robust methodologies to ensure compliance with organizational models and maintain consistency within systems like the JEM database. Your analytical expertise will also support in-depth equity assessments to inform HRBPs and line managers in making data-driven decisions. Financial acumen is essential for budget management, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines and applying accurate methodologies for merit increases, salary adjustments, and benefits spending. You will monitor performance against budgets, prepare detailed reports, and support the evolution of compensation programs to meet business needs. Expatriate management will also fall under your remit, requiring collaboration with external stakeholders to manage social security, taxation, and international mobility processes. Finally, you will play a critical role in knowledge-sharing and project management, delivering training to HR teams and line managers to enhance understanding of Reward policies and practices. By leading initiatives such as wellbeing programs and health projects, you will drive consistency, innovation, and engagement across the UK&I region.
