The Job Role
* The Sous Chef will be working in a brigade of 18.
* Provide exceptional food to diners at a high standard 2AA Rosette
* Sous Chef to Manage the kitchen in the head chefs absence
Requirements
* A Sous Chef with a strong background in a hotel,restaurant or gastro pub
* The ideal candidate will have experience within a good quality, preferably rosette awarded kitchen
* A calm approach in the kitchen during busy service periods
* The Sous Chef will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
* The Sous Chef will be interested in current food trends
