Key Responsibilities
1. Customer First Approach: Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, providing outstanding service across Phone, Web, and Email.
2. Sales & Order Management: Support, advise, and process customer orders while ensuring seamless administration of sales and returns.
3. Business Growth: Identify and act on outbound sales opportunities to drive revenue and expand customer engagement.
4. Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with the Shop Team Leader to execute sales strategies across retail channels and external events.
5. Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with our top 20 accounts to strengthen long-term partnerships.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the MRE, MRM, and KAM teams to unlock commercial opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
7. Fulfilment Coordination: Partner with our Fulfilment Team to ensure accurate order processing and an exceptional customer experience.
8. Stakeholder Support: Provide insights and support to internal teams to drive sales and protect profitability.
Minimum Requirements
1. Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred.
2. Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in using computers and sales systems.
3. Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
4. Proactive and self-motivated mindset with a results-driven approach.
5. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
