You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Duties:
1. Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
3. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
4. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Experience:
1. Proven experience in sales or a related field.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £23,700.00 per annum
Commission (Based on Gross Profit):
* £0.00-£5,000: 10%
* £5,000-£10,000: 15%
* £10,000 and above: 20%
