Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Iceland Partnerships team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will assist in the implementation of plans which will drive the achievement of sales budget and growth targets of retail partnerships and wholesale. This role involves working closely with partnership account managers to support client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and enhance the overall customer experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
WHOLESALE
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers, focussing on customer satisfaction and LFL sales growth.
2. Identify and acquire new wholesale customers to expand the customer base.
3. Review pricing and costs to ensure competitive offers whilst maximising sales and profit opportunities.
4. Prepare weekly wholesale sales and profitability reports for senior management.
5. Work with International & Partnerships finance and supply teams to ensure that pricing, promotional deadlines and depot schedules are accurate and adhered to.
PARTNERSHIPS
6. Assist partnership account managers in managing retail partner relationships.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
8. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within existing partnerships.
9. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
10. Track B2B customers and engage with relevant stakeholders to help manage these relationships
11. Involvement in the prevention and resolution of supply and availability issues to ensure consistent offering to business customers.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
12. Actively develop relationships and onboard new customers, introducing them to the Iceland brand.
13. Identification of key points of difference from competitors to highlight reasons for business customers to utilise our offering.
