This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team at The Highdown in Goring-by-Sea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture, and engaging your team and customers with exciting new dishes.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in catering and hospitality, preferably in a restaurant, gastro pub, or hotel at junior sous, sous, or kitchen manager level. A competitive salary of £38,000 plus tronc (tips paid into your bank) is offered, along with a range of benefits, including:
