What you will be doing?
* Providing expert HR advice - Offer generalist HR support to the Kettering office and ESS site teams, escalating matters where needed.
* Handling employee relations - Advise and guide managers on ER issues, including managing cases up to and including dismissal.
* Collaborating & influencing - Partner with site managers to resolve people matters and drive positive change.
What are we looking for?
* HR Expertise - Solid knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices.
* Qualifications - CIPD Level 3 or Level 5.
* Experience - At least 5 years in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role.
* Adaptability - Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing needs.
* People Skills - You’re a relationship-builder who can engage and influence at all levels.
