Job Title: Customer Services Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team, supporting our feed ingredients business. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations, providing exceptional service, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Some key responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Interaction & Support – Act as the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails, responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
2. Order & Contract Management – Process customer orders, contract entries, and amendments with accuracy, ensuring compliance with trading controls.
3. Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with sales teams, product managers, and category managers to support business operations and meet customer expectations.
4. Database & System Management – Maintain and update customer records in AX and CRM to ensure accurate data and seamless operations.
5. Flexibility & Multi-tasking – Efficiently manage multiple tasks, shifting between priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and high service standards.

1. Customer Service Experience – Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced commercial environment.
2. Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and customer management systems such as CRM or AX.
3. Flexibility & Adaptability – Ability to shift between tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring high-quality service.
